YWCA Greater Lafayette is proud to announce the 47th Annual Salute to Women, held on Tuesday, July 27 at New Journey Farms. This time-honored signature event has created an environment for women who lead and serve the Greater Lafayette community to be celebrated, their achievements applauded and their tireless work recognized, a tradition that continues today. We are so excited to be able to host this event after a period of uncertainty caused by the COVID-19 global pandemic and look forward to celebrating with you in person. Nomination Guidelines
All outstanding women age 21 and over in the Greater Lafayette area (Tippecanoe, Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Warren, and White counties) are eligible for nomination.The following are ineligible for recognition at this event:
- YWCA staff and current members of YWCA Association and Foundation Boards of Directors.
- Posthumous nominations will not be considered.
- Women currently running for political office.
How to Nominate
Download our nomination form and follow the submission instructions. The questions on page two are intended to be a guideline for the nomination. Additional materials may be requested by the search and selection committees after the initial nomination has been reviewed. Completed nomination forms must be received or postmarked by Monday, June 21, 2021.
