Fitness Classes
UPDATE: All YWCA group programs and activities are suspended until further notice, per recommendations from public health officials and the CDC, in order to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. This includes Volleyball, Y-Dance, Pickle Ball, Basketball, Support Groups, and any other group event or activity reserved by others at YWCA.

Tuesday & Thursday, 10 am – 11:30 am
Each class is designed to teach the student relaxation, flexibility and stress reduction. Must be able to get up from the floor. Ages 18 and older. Bring yoga mat and towel. The YWCA has some mate to loan for classes.
FIRST CLASS IS FREE!
$6 per class
$50 for 10 classes*
$80 for 20 classes*
*Purchase a fitness card and it can be used for Yoga and Mighty Moms.
