YWCA Performance Point Volleyball Club

For over 20 years Performance Point Volleyball Club has been providing the Greater Lafayette Area with high levels of instruction & competition. We offer programs that accommodate all ages and offer many programs that suit any budget. Our focus is on all aspects of the game—technique, strategy, and team dynamics.

Performance Point also aims for a higher goal — to support women in our community. Performance Point values all players and we see our programs as opportunities to not just teach the game, but to encourage healthy self-esteem & accountability. Our experienced coaching staff here at Performance Point plays an integral role as we all work to shape these young female athletes throughout the season. Proceeds from PPVC contribute funding for vital YWCA programs including domestic violence intervention and emergency shelter, and no-cost health screenings for breast and cervical cancer. Your membership in this volleyball club has the power to change lives.

The club volleyball season runs from November to May. Players should expect to practice two to three times a week and competing in tournaments on the weekends. Come June, players, coaches, and parents will have the opportunity to compete in the AAU Junior National Volleyball Championship held in Orlando, Florida located on Walt Disney World property.

player celebrates a point
It’s not all about the wins and losses. At tournaments and during practice, the point is to constantly be challenged to become a better team and player. - Sami Royer, Two-Time Journal & Courier Small School Player of the Year, PPVC team member 2015-2018
