UPDATE: All YWCA group programs and activities are suspended until further notice, per recommendations from public health officials and the CDC, in order to slow the spread of the novel coronavirus, COVID-19. This includes Volleyball, Y-Dance, Pickle Ball, Basketball, Support Groups, and any other group event or activity reserved by others at YWCA.

Children’s Groups

YWCA Children’s Groups center on developing social skills, building tools for identifying and managing emotions, as well as promoting mental health. Each week focuses on a different theme that is taught through age-friendly activities, discussion and real world examples. Children’s Groups are open to anyone, and are held during adult support groups.

Free to attend. No advance RSVP needed. Childcare for younger children is available by request for adults attending groups.
