Gentle Hatha Yoga
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 am - 11:30 am ***No class on September 6 and 8***
Instructor: Pat Koppes, Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor
Each class is designed to teach the student relaxation, flexibility and stress reduction. Must be able to get up from the floor. Ages 18 and older.
Bring yoga mat and towel. The YWCA has some mats to loan for classes.
FIRST CLASS IS FREE
*Purchase a fitness card and it can be used for Yoga and Zumba® Gold
