Gentle Hatha Yoga

Tuesday & Thursday, 10 am - 11:30 am
Tuesday & Thursday 11:45 am - 12:30 pm (*Beginning March 20)
(There will be no classes offered the month of February.)

Instructor: Pat Koppes, Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor & Julie Windhorst

Each class is designed to teach the student relaxation, flexibility and stress reduction. Must be able to get up from the floor. Ages 18 and older. Bring yoga mat and towel.  The YWCA has some mats to loan for classes.

FIRST CLASS IS FREE

$6 per class
$50 for 10 classes*
$80 for 20 classes*

*Purchase a fitness card and it can be used for Yoga and Zumba® Gold
